Amber Heard says She “underestimated the toll” Her Divorce Would Take on Her after Video of Johnny Depp Allegedly Battering her Surfaced Online

Actress and Estranged wife of Johnny Depp, Amber Heard has thrown an unexpected curve ball into the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard Divorce Case.

In a video released to TMZ, Johnny Depp allegedly went beserk on Amber Heard in their kitchen, throwing a wine bottle and glass and she videotaped the entire thing.

The video sees Amber asking Johnny if he drank a bottle of wine while trying to calm him down. She says she was sorry for something although she was not specific. Johnny appears out of control after throwing a glass and bottle.

Meanwhile Amber Heard arrived back in L.A. on Friday to sit for her long-awaited deposition which eventually held on Sunday and saw her getting grilled for 7 hours. She has also denied leaking video and issued a statement saying she “underestimated the toll” that her divorce saga would take on her and wants to settle up.

The two parties have been discussing reaching a settlement for weeks and the video released might put a spanner in the works. They are set to have a trial on Wednesday.
