Ade Bakare Introduces New Bridal Line & Couture Perfume “Breeze”

Ade Bakare started his bridal line in 1998 having studied fashion design in Manchester and came 2nd in the British National Student Competition in England in 1990.  He has designed wedding dresses for brides both in England and Nigeria.

He recetly introduced his couture perfume “Breeze” which has been a success with brides and also  introduced a moderately priced line (Pieces range  from 80,000 Naira to 150,000 Naira) of bridal gowns and brides’ maid’s dresses (Prices range from 10,000 Naira to 25, 000 Naira) under the Bakare Breeze to cater for the design conscious bride.

The collection consists of “A” line, ball gown and fitted dresses, ideal for the intending bride that would make an entrance at church or a grand occasion. Fabrics such as duchess satin, lace, tulle and organza are used in the collection. The dresses come with exquisite details such as side gathers with lace motifs, transparent lace bodies and bias cut bands. Included in the range are also a variety of boleros for brides who want something demure to a dramatic piece with crystals. All dresses are cut to flatter the body and some are available with boning which slims the figure to a flattering shape.’- Ade Bakare
