Tears, Laughter & All Around Warmth! Check Out the Official Photos From BN Do Good 2018
BellaNaija embarks upon the BN Do Good all year round. It is an initiative where we give back to the community in several ways. To culminate our activities, at the end of the year, we step out of the office to continue the year-round #BNDoGood project. In 2018, we had two ideas for December 2018.
The first was to treat caregivers of kids with special needs, pamper and cater to them just as they have been doing for their kids. We made sure they had a full body massage, body scrub and Moroccan Hammam Therapy. After the spa date, we invited speakers to encourage our guests. Our invitation was graciously honoured by Air Vice Marshal Femi Gbadebo (rtd), founder of Benola Cerebral Palsy Initiative; Obis Ora, a beauty and fashion influencer focusing on mothers, and Oluwatosin Olaseinde, a financial guru and founder of Money Africa, come talk to them about everything from raising a child with special needs to finance.

Day 1
On Day 2, we invited BNers to join us as we embarked on a a door-to-door outreach at Ago Egun in Bariga. Together with Lagos Food Bank and amazing BNers, the BN team surprised 100 families with Christmas gifts.

Both events were a huge success. We are especially grateful to our collaborators B-Natural Med Spa in Ikeja GRA, Radisson Blu in Ikeja, Lagos Food Bank, and you BellaNaijarians.
We also have to mention that we had additional support from Funmi Oyatogun, Bukola Ayinde and Adenike Oyetunde. These women helped us connect with some of the families we invited for the spa date. Thank you very much for your help, ladies.
Special thanks to our volunteers who showed up and made the events even more of a community effort: Efe Ojeaha, Bunmi Idoko, Toyosi Awolola, Nikky Ajoku, Ifeanyi Calybrown, David Dosunmu, James Kokoh, Omolola Sobande, Owolabi Olawuyi and Utibe Ayi.
We love and appreciate you guys.
In 2019, we promise to do even more. We’ve kicked this off with the End Child Marriage campaign created by BellaNaija Weddings, in collaboration with UNICEF. Together, we hope to create a world that is safe for us and the next generation.
