News Atiku, Buhari, Other Presidential Candidates sign Peace Accord in Abuja | Photos Published 6 years ago on February 13, 2019 By BellaNaija.com President Muhammadu Buhari, Atiku Abubakar, and other presidential candidates on Wednesday, signed a second peace accord ahead of the February 16th presidential election. The signing took place at the International Conference Centre in Abuja and was witnessed by the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, Patricia Scotland; former Head of State and Chairman of the National Peace Committee (NPC), General Abdulsalami Abubakar (rtd); Bishop Mathew Kukah, among others. Presidents of Liberia, Tanzania and Botswana were also at the event.
