A Betrayal of the Game! BBC Africa’s “Africa Eye” Investigates the Corruption of West African Football | Teaser

A few weeks ago, BBC Africa launched ‘Africa Eye’, a new documentary strand which will deliver up to 20 original and high-impact investigations from across Africa every year.

The first episode was an in-depth investigation into the plague of addiction to cough mixture across Nigeria.

The second episode which is to be released on June 7th will follow undercover journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ investigation into football in West Africa, detailing the bribery and corruption between players, coaches and referees.
