Save the date for this early Christmas gig, as Sozo Life Foundation presents “The Harmattan”, an eclectic Christmas charity concert holding on Sunday, December 3rd, 2017.

Time: 5:00pm
Venue: Skyline Hall, Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Dress Code: All White.

This concert will serve as the official unveiling of the eclectic album – “The Harmattan: Sounds of Christmas“, which features a collection of selected Christmas songs performed by some of Nigeria’s most talented music artistes, with indigenous, contemporary twists in genres of alternative rock, folk, neo-soul, blues, jazz, R&B, pop and everything in between. Performances will be drawn from the Tribe music team and also from an array of Nigeria’s leading artists like Timi Dakolo, Nosa, Femi Leye, Lindsey Abudei and a host of others.

The Harmattan album is a fundraising initiative for the “A Thousand Smiles Campaign” with plans to procure one thousand special Christmas gifts for at least one thousand children in the Lagos metropolis. It is estimated that there are approximately two million children under 12 living in Lagos and for every kid who gets a Christmas gift, there are three others who will not enjoy a special gift this season.  For every cash donation above Five Thousand Naira (N5, 000) you make, you get a complimentary copy of “The Harmattan” CD (at the event venue) and a complimentary e-ticket to the Christmas Concert. All proceeds from this will make the purchase and distribution of these gifts possible.  To give towards the “A Thousand Smiles Campaign” Please follow the link to donate.

Sozo Life Foundation is a charity initiative powered by The Tribe Lagos, with the express purpose of propelling social justice, providing aid and support to children of the disadvantaged and those at the fringes of society. Sozo Life Foundation hopes to work with other established NGOs to spread this love.  This Christmas, our hope is to spread the Spirit of the Season and bring unconditional love, smiles, warmth and happiness to as many children as possible.
