Miley Cyrus honors Las Vegas victims with performance of “No Freedom” & “The Climb” on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon | WATCH
Miley Cyrus kicked off her week-long stint on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” by paying tribute to the victims of the Sunday’s tragic Las Vegas shootings.
Host Jimmy Fallon started the show with the words:
This morning, we woke up to the news of another senseless shooting. This time in Las Vegas. In the face of tragedies and acts of terror, we need to remember that good still exists in this world. We’re here to entertain you tonight, and that’s what we’re going to do.
Miley Cyrus then gave a performance of Dido‘s “No Freedom” with Adam Sandler. Watch below:
She then ended the show with a moving performance of her own song “The Climb“. Watch below:
The singer will be performing on NBC’s late-night show every night from Oct. 2-6, which has been dubbed “Miley Week.”
