“Faith or Foolishness” – Attend GLA Youth Fellowship Ignite’s 1st Event of 2016 | 6th Feb

Ignite is the youth fellowship of Guiding Light Assembly for ages 20-40, located in Parkview Estate, Ikoyi.

On the first Saturday of every month, we meet to talk about God – in a practical way. No judgement, no guilt trips, no ‘churchese’, no sugarcoating, just the simple truth about what it means to live the words of the Bible in real life.

We’re practical young Christians who live in the world. No, we’re not “of the world”, but we know that it can be difficult to know what to believe and how to behave between Sunday afternoon (after church) to Saturday night.

If you’re young (or young-ish), and if any of this sounds like you, please join us on the first Saturday of February for our first fellowship of 2016! We’re tackling the suspiciously simple topic of Faith.
Is there a line between Faith and Foolishness? Is Faith really necessary? But what about when you have faith and it doesn’t work? Is it all just a religious scam?

Come with your questions and your curiosity. We believe that the Holy Spirit (another strange topic for another day!) will lead us into all truth, in Jesus’ name.
