2nd Time’s A Charm! The Scoop on Bimpe Onakoya’s Return to Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week
Guess who’s going back to New York Fashion Week (NYFW) for the 2nd time in a row? It’s Artistic Director, Maybelline New York Nigeria – Bimpe Onakoya!
The award-winning makeup artist, who attended last year’s NYFW and created fab looks for top models like Jourdan Dunn, met with top international Maybelline makeup artists, and had the time of her life in New York; will be going back this year and we will be following her journey.
From her time backstage, to the amazing designers & makeup artists she’ll be working with, we can’t wait to kick off tomorrow!
This year, she’ll be creating amazing makeup looks for top designers like DKNY, Jason Wu, Cushnie et Ochs, Naeem Khan, Custo Barcelona, Marissa Webb, Baja East, and many more.
Bimpe has a keen eye for bringing out the best in model features, which has garnered her a solid reputation in the makeup industry. So we can’t wait to see the Nigerian flavour she’ll be bringing to the table.
