Giving You the Freedom to Choose Better! First Bank Launches New Loyalty Scheme – “First Club”
First Bank Nigeria Ltd recently launched their Loyalty Scheme tagged the First Club at an event that took place at the Four Point Hotel by Sheraton on Tuesday 12th November 2013.
The Scheme, is the banks way of rewarding customers with points for various transactions performed with the bank, covering savings/current accounts deposits, bills payments (DStv & PHCN) and POS payments using any First Bank card. It also offers the exclusive First Club Platinum MasterCard (Debit) as an additional reward to affluent customers for large ticket transactions in the defined campaign categories.

According to the GMD/CEO, First Bank of Nigeria Limited, Bisi Onasanya, First Bank noted that retail promotions as a reward activity are usually targeted at the lower end of the deposit base without taking into cognizance the middle to upper class customers; the launch of the loyalty and reward scheme will fill this gap as it is designed to appreciate all customers based on patronage and consistency.

This is aimed at offering our customers the freedom to choose goods of their choice and taste. First Club is the bank’s Point-Based loyalty scheme. It is the bank’s way of saying thank you to its customers by rewarding points on banking transactions performed with the bank.
