Nollywood Superstar Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde awarded the Ebony Vanguard Award at the M Visa Awards in Birmingham | See her Dazzling Red Carpet Look

If you were disappointed that Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde wasn’t present at the Nollywood at 20 event on Saturday (click here to see), you will be glad to know she did have a recent stylish red carpet moment.
The Nollywood star was recently at the World Innovation Summit on Education (WISE) in Doha, Qatar, as an invited guest alongside former Australia Prime Minister Julia Gillard.
She and her team later arrived the UK for the 7th Birmingham International Film Festival M Visa Awards on Saturday 2nd November 2013 at the ICC Conference Centre.
She was presented with the Ebony Vanguard Award for her long standing achievements in acting, in the presence of British filmmakers including Ellen Thomas, Chizzy Akudolu, Rudolph Walker and Jimmy Akingbola.
Dean Alexander, founder of the festival and award praised the Nigerian actress. “Omotola is not only one of the most influential people in the world, she is indeed one of the Most inspiring, it is our pleasure to celebrate this unique personality here in the UK”, he said.
For the event, Omosexy stole the spotlight in a custom dress by Rooi Couture. The grey backless dress features black three-quarter leather sleeves, leather sweetheart neckline cut-out detail on the bodice and an alluring feather skirt.
She styled the dress with silver drop earrings, a gold cocktail ring and black pumps. She completed the look with a chic tousled up do, smokey eyes, devil red coloured lipstick and pink nail polish.
