Nse Ikpe-Etim: My Husband Was My 1st Boyfriend | What We Learnt on Ndani TV’s The Juice

Nollywood actress Nse Ikpe-Etim (Sule) is this week’s guest on Ndani TV’s The Juice.

In a 15 minute interview with media personality Toolz, she dishes on growing up, starting out as an actress, her dream roles, her love life and more.

Things BN learnt from the interview
She’s Camera Shy
“I am always nervous, I don’t like the cameras.” Toolz asks “But you are actress?”, she replies “That’s not me, this is me”

She Grew Up in Zaria
“I grew up in Zaria, Kaduna – main town, grew up in Jos, Ilorin and Lagos.”

A Part She’ll Like to Play
“I will still like to play someone who is either schizophrenic, depressed or a drug addict”

Clifford Sule was her first boyfriend
Nse who confesses that “It has been over  a year and she’s still blushing” speaks on the love story. “He was my first boyfriend. I was 17, he left for school , I schooled here and he came back, so we got married.”

When Toolz says there is more to it, she says “We didn’t talk for a bit, you know, he went on with his life, I went on with mine and then we reconnected…and er…he wasn’t ready at the time, broke my heart.”

She wants 1 Child
On if she still wants children. “Yes when we are ready.”, “I want one, he wants two…twins will be a blessing won’t it, I’ll love a set of twins, so you know (blushes) I’ll press stop.”

On if she recognizes parts of her husband
“You can’t find all the parts, i have the parts in the car”
